    Free changes and cancellationUntil 23:59 Kyoto time the day before pickup, you get a full refund. After that, or if you do not show up, we keep ¥1,000 and refund the rest.

    At pickupBring a photo of your passport on your phone. Helmets and insurance are free.

    Secure payment by Stripe. The bikes are held for 30 minutes while you pay.
